THE DEPOSIT FORMS A CONTRACT AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE.
THE BALANCE TO BE PAID WHEN THE SHED IS DELIVERED AND ERECTED.
